Thanks Sky, I'm taking a few minutes out from studying for 2 exams I have next weeks. Breaks are good. I'm trying to do good self care. I go to the student health center and work out for 30-45mins everyday on the exercise bike. I've lost 7lbs in 3 weeks now and I feel better. Just that little bit of exercise recharges me so when I get home I feel well enough to study. I also do a yoga class a couple times a week.
I have 54 more lbs to go to my goal weight of 120. I've set a goal to lose 10lbs by my birthday towards the end of next month. Fingers crossed.
