Between the job search and new workouts, I should be a new woman soon!!

My boyfriend and I might be getting a house in 6 months or a year....a doctor he works with is moving to California and mentioned to bf that we should buy his house. A doctor's house you might be thinking? Its not a typical mansion. I haven't seen the inside, only the outside. Its a modest home but he's done a lot of work on it. It has a pool and even a "cat house". Its an enclosed structure on the side of the house with a pet door leading from the inside of the house. The cats are outside, but can't escape. Again, I haven't seen it, only heard of it.

This is all in the very very early stages, but its possible that we might have it......I just found out last night. Its given me a renewed motivation to start bringing money in.
