Since she's not your direct report to boss, I'd try to avoid her as much as possible. I would perhaps do an FYI report to your boss about her behavior. It sounds like she may be borderline.

Avoid her if you can. If you can't just keep a low profile and keep your responses as monosyllabic as possible.
