Hello Wanderlust 90: Good luck with all of this. I have an ear infection & I'm seeing my old ENT physician this coming Wednesday. (I have Meniere's disease & tinnitus as well.) When I saw him previously, he offered to write me a prescription for Klonopin, which I could take prn for the tinnitus. (It does help.) I'm hoping he'll offer it up again. I may take him up on it. I've never taken it as-needed before. So I don't know how that would work for me. I have a feeling that starting it prn may be just opening the door to taking it every day. It would probably be good for my anxiety as well as my tinnitus. But I'm not on any psych med's at the present time. And I'm hesitant to start back down that road again.
