What's the best way to get onto a normal schedule? I've been tending to stay up until 1 am every night and waking up around 11:30 or 12 PM. Then there's also nights where i don't sleep when I take too many stimulants. I would like to be able to get up earlier in the day so I can actually eat breakfast and take my meds at a normal hour. I haven't been taking them until 12:30 or 1 PM and sometimes that makes me shaky. Is the answer to go to bed at 9 PM since i can't seem to sleep less than 11-12 hrs after taking my saphris? When I set alarms to wake up before when I naturally wake up I get shaky for some reason, not quite sure why. btw when i do take my saphris I pass out in 5-30 mins after I take it, so going to sleep isn't the problem.
What really sucks about going to sleep early is that the NBA playoffs are going on now and I like to watch the Warriors play. They usually come on at 10:30 PM my time and end at 1 AM. Guess I'll just have to miss the games.
