I tend to be more hypomanic than I am depressed, and I would love to find something to stabilize me even more than I am now (without side effects). My pdoc told me I can take a little extra Risperdal if I feel really hypomanic at night, and it works. Here's what I take:
Lithium 900 mg
Latuda 120 mg
Trileptal 1500 mg
Risperdal 1 mg (sometimes 1.5 when I can't sleep due to racing thoughts)
I also take Bee Pollen (supplement) which will knock out my hypomania in about 30 minutes. I know it sounds crazy, but it works. I take it only as needed with food because I think it irritates my stomach.
