I really don't know what your healthcare system is like since I'm an American. If you were here and feeling desperate, I would say go to the ER and see what they say. It sounds like you're not psychotic, which would be a definite reason for the doctors to keep you in the hospital for a while. I've been hospitalized for mania before, and it took them just 3 days to get me straightened out. Good luck!
