I think your best option is going to the hospital!
I live in Denmark, so I think our health care system is alike. And if it was here in Denmark, the ER would hospitalize you if you want to. They'll try and help you the best they can, get you started on proper medication and so on. Maybe at some point they will say you are "too good/well" to be an in the hospital, but then they will discharge you to a psych ambulatory where you will get treated and followed by a psychiatrist.
I cannot be sure how it works in Sweden, but it would be like this in Denmark.
There are about a month wait to see a psychiatrist here and when you need more urgent care, you go to a GP or the ER.
