Do you workout? What kind of exercises do you do, type of program and frequency. I lift 6x a week (ideally sometimes 4-5) and do kickboxing at least 3x a week. I'm now thinking adding a new cardio regiment to burn off this fat. I'd really like a buffalo cheese fries and cheesesteak with fried onions and bacon though.
