I do cardio mostly. Some days I do a routine of 10 min warm up at 4.0 on the treadmill, then at 15 incline for 2 min, then 20 squats, then back to treadmill for 2 min, then 20 lunges. Back to treadmill 2 min, repeat. I try for 3 or 4 sets.
Or I'll just increase the incline each minute until I max then go back down.
