Hell yeah, i'm trying to get strength back doing a heavy compound lifting program 3x/week. I also have been running 3-5 miles with sprints and hill sprints mixed in a few times a week when it's nice. I try to get to mixed martial arts 4-6x a week too. For me to stay off drugs and keep stabile without meds intense exercise is a must, no matter how i'm feeling. My problem is keeping a job :/.
