Boxing, 1-2 days a week.
Rest of the week: random stuff, 2-3 days a week.
I go to a gym where they offer over 50 different classes. You just pay $50 a month for the membership and you can go to any class you want at any time. It's unlimited. So, I usually just pick different combinations of classes each week... e.g., spinning, strength training, performance athlete training, TRX, etc.. I always do boxing, though.
