I'm coming to the end with my college T too, have 6 sessions left. She knows this is going to be difficult for me and said we can stay in contact...I'm unsure of the rules of contact yet but I plan on asking when the time is right. Maybe you could ask for a phone session instead? This is something I might put forward to my T.
Could you let me know how you get on? I'm stuck in the same situation too. It sucks!
