Yes, organize those thoughts. Even if you don't "think" about them, try writing everything down somehow. Some people use lists, some just write phrases or poetry type comments. Whatever works for you... but don't feel you have to decide anything as you list them. Often, just clearing them out of your active memory helps to feel some relief. (It's like you don't have to keep them active to remember them, you have them written somewhere.)
