Elevated, I'm so sorry you are going through all this mess and not getting the results you need. I agree with the person who suggested that you write out something to help with the process. You are very articulate and express your thoughts and feelings so well on the forum.. Keep reaching out. I am hoping that by now you have heard something more positive from your lawyer.
