I wish I had a heavy bag to beat the crap out of, but I'm in an apartment so it isn't feasible.
I want to hear what you all do to relieve stress. Does stuff like drawing or listening to music actually release stress on a physiological level?
I've got so much in me and it is absolutely exhausting.
