Hello Don't_Follow: I'm an older person... so I'm not into punching bags anymore. (Not that I ever was, really.)

Mostly what I do is walk. I tried learning to draw a few years ago. I thought I might enjoy it. But it made me nervous. I enjoy listening to music.

But I don't think it has any significant impact on my stress level (which is always considerable.) I'm also a home bread baker. And I suppose, as I think about it, baking bread is something of a stress reliever too... as long as it turns out well. If it doesn't... then that's another matter altogether!
