I like soaking in a hot bath. Nothing melts the stress away quite like being surrounded by warm sudsy water. There are even scented bubble baths made to help relax you. Anything made with lavender is good.
Some people also drink tea that is specifically for calming and soothing, though I don't much care for the stuff. Chamomile is a good choice.
