My pdoc has strongly suggested I join a gym and go for at least 15 minutes a day five days a week. I think this is to get me started on getting out of the house and on exercise. I'm a self-acclaimed couch potato. I used to be strong and fit, but never thin, and I'd like to be strong and fit again, even if weight loss is a minor component of that.
