I love going to the gym.

In my personal experience, it really helps if you join a gym class -- e.g., yoga, boxing, strength training, etc.. I think classes are much more exciting and motivating compared to working out on your own. (I get bored and lonely working out on my own.) On top of the excitement and motivation you get from a gym class, you also get to meet people who are interested in the same thing as you. It can help you develop friendships if you're into that.
