I understand. The only thing you can do now is weigh your options. Both answers are right, just as both answers are wrong. What do YOU really want from this? If it's a degree, just take the easy route. And between the two degrees what is the difference in jobs and quality of life after? If you take the hard route, do you get more reward?
Often times your degree doesn't matter past having a/any degree. There are of course exceptions.
At the end of the day, what will leave you feeling the best? Do you need to just get through it? (I've been there) can you do that without hating or being dissapointed in yourself?
