Some people also drink tea that is specifically for calming and soothing, though I don't much care for the stuff. Chamomile is a good choice.

You know what, if it weren't 4:12 in the morning, and I had some bubble bath or bath bombs, I'd go and take a nice relaxing bath right now. Sounds absolutely heavenly. I already have scented candles I can use....
