It sure does sound tough to be in your situation. I understand, because my husband was unemployed earlier this year and we used all of our savings to get through. I'm still not secure even though he is working again. I won't feel secure until we have savings built back up.

Your husband should document his work thoroughly and report to his superior what he's doing. Then he can make a case for being harassed by his coworker, which is a hostile work environment and against the law.
