i have a sympathetic ear as well.
and I can read fast so long stories don't bother me. It's really great that you are reaching out to someone to vent.
And most of us are in or have experienced similar situations - not the same but a little, so maybe we can understand more than others. And no problem is too big, small, long or complicated to listen to.
