Depression is horrible anichka but excersize is a great way to fight it and you should give yourself a huge amount of credit for having a setback with the running and finding an alternative solution in bicycling. The tire problem is temporary, I know it is hard but try to hang in there until the tire can be fixed and you can resume your riding routine again and hopefully it will be positive again.
I don't know about your running situation but I hope with some healing or treatment you will be able to run again too.
