When my anxiety and stress levels are at their highest, I lay on my bed, close my eyes and play soothing music, while focusing on my breathing. I love Native American flutes, rain, the beach and waterfalls. I find that very calming. Spending time with my man (He is incredibly funny) my furbabies. Stress balls, adult colouring books (Those don't calm me, they actually make it worse, but it does work for a lot of people) Music, a nice warm bubble bath with radox muscle soak and scented candles. I do find exercise is the best stress reliever for me, it REALLY helps me. Try a TV workout, Zumba is also great as it's high intensity and will melt that stress away and release those feel good endorphins. Good luck!
