I gained 15 lbs on paxil. I changed my diet and have been working my *** off at the gym every night while I switched to depakote. I've lost about 8 lbs now.
Weight control HAS to include a lifestyle change. It can't be a diet. It has to be an overhaul of your home and your grocery list and even your choices when eating out. I strongly suggest the 21 day fix, until you get a concept of portion control. Portioning will help so much.
And exercise is a must. If it's walking or something harder. You don't need a gym, just will power to change. Good luck
