I don't get nauscious but I do experience stomach difficulties directly related to anxiety. I belong to a monthly support group for people that have 'sensory' reactions to their anxiety. Many in my group do in fact get sick and vomit in response to their severe anxiety.
I have tried gravol. I have tried tums/rolaids. I have tried not drinking coffee. I have recently started lemon and peppermint oil (a drop in waarm water) and it seems to help.
