Does anyone here have severe depression and work full-time?

What coping strategies do you use to get through the day and maintain concentration? How do you keep yourself on task?

I feel bad because at work I check in often on PC to get support; and I don't think I'd get in trouble if they found out because they know I have a disability, plus I get all my work done, and I work overtime that I don't get paid for because I'm salaried.

Sometimes my co-workers are talking and I just zone out, even though I really need to pay attention to what they are saying and remember it. I find that I have to write everything down that people say because my memory is really crap.

I'm at the director level at work, so I guess you might say I'm senior staff. My work is largely self-directed and I'm responsible for a campaign that has to bring in $2 million annually. With the self directed nature of my work, sometimes I find that I'm just not engaged at all.

Anyone else know what I'm talking about or have good strategies?

Thanks,
