I hear you on that. I don't like it when religious people tell me that I need Jesus in my life or anything like that. You're right, no one can change my behaviour but me. I did drink a few times since I last posted on this thread, ugh. I'll have to try harder to stop. I can't deal with stress that well, so that's a problem. I'll have to find better ways of dealing with stress. I'm not drinking now, nor have I consistently drank for days in a row, so that's a start.
