Fuzzybear, I'm so sorry to hear that! Being depressed is a living hell! Only people who have this illness know what it's really like! Have you ever tried paxil? It works for me. It's a not a cure all, but I was so much worse off before I took it. I'd cry all the time.
If you'd rather not take meds though, look into natural alternatives like St. John's Wort. Also, SAM-e helps too I heard. Taking vitamins B, D, C, calcium, zinc, magnesium, and potassium helps too I heard. Get lots of sleep, eat fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean meat, and spend time with supportive and kind people.
Do stuff that you enjoy. That helps me sometimes to just chill out and watch a funny movie, go shopping, go out to eat something good, spending time with my cats, reading magazines and books, listening to music. etc....
