I'm so sorry you're experiencing this. Since you're only having false memories of a few minor things, it doesn't sound serious. I would just tell myself "I'll talk to my doctor about it later," and try to just set it aside and work hard to help lower the anxiety the best I can with vigorous exercise, yoga, and talking to friends and family who love me. Also, distraction and staying busy will help a lot. Maybe looking into "mindfulness" and other methods of relaxation will be helpful. I've started using an app called "Stop, Think, and Breathe" and it has short little meditations that help calm me when I'm having anxiety. Best wishes!!
