Skeezyks is right. You really need to talk to a mental health professional or check yourself into a hospital if you are v a danger to yourself, and it sounds like you are.
Try to occupy your mind with other things. Avert the bad thoughts. Maybe you need to think about going in patient if you are v really going to follow through with the bad thoughts.
