So September 2015 I had a Math exam because I failed Math, from July to September I've been going to lessons, extra classes and just studied Math the whole vacation. I was very stressed, and then 2 days before the exam while going to an extra class I threw up at the bus stop. And then once again when I got to school. Didn't think anything of it since it was hot and I hadn't eaten anything because I do not eat breakfast.
When I started school I had a few instances when I will get bullied to the point of self-harm. And then in October hell rose. School got stressful, I got more and more bullied and more and more depressed. I started throwing up at school, blacking out, and going home because I was exhausted (even if I've slept 8 hours before that). I couldn't eat, and could not function correctly. I told my doctor and she told me to go to an endocrinologist. Got a few blood tests done, and he told me to follow a special sugar free, gluten free and nuts free diet. I got prescribed vitamins and I was told to not workout as much (the blood tests were in the normal) I was fine for a while but then it began again. My mother shared this with a friend of her and that friend of her told my mam that she shouldn't bother me with doctors anymore and that she should take to the psychiatrist because those were panic attacks.
It kinda makes sense, but I thought panic attacks were a different thing.. Help??
