sorry if this is a strange question, but when you're (hypo)manic, do you feel it in your gut? Like a nervous butterfly-filled stomach + don't feel like eating + "I just drank a pot of coffee" type poop habits?

I've never seen anything like this listed as a 'symptom' but it makes sense to me...serotonin plays a major role in moods, sleep, appetite etc. and 90% of it is located in the gut. It seems like a fluctuation in serotonin levels would effect the stomach (I also feel like I read once that depression can be associated with constipation?) I know drugs like zoloft (which increase serotonin) commonly cause diarrhea and are also used for IBS...

Anyways, just wondering if others experience this or if it's just me
Thanks for this!
