Hello. I wouldn't say that is a panic attack. These are symptoms of a panic attack. You have to have 4 of these symptoms for it to be considered a panic attack:

-Shortness of breath or hyperventilation
-Heart palpitations or a racing heart
-Chest pain or discomfort
-Trembling or shaking
-Choking feeling
-Feeling unreal or detached from your surroundings
-Sweating
-Nausea or upset stomach
-Feeling dizzy, light-headed, or faint
-Numbness or tingling sensations
-Hot or cold flashes
-Fear of dying, losing control, or going crazy

This seems like 100% anxiety related, but I wouldn't say a panic attack if you only throw up, which would be considered under nausea. Blacking out can be caused by a number of things, but most people don't black out from having a panic attack. I personally would say this is just anxiety, but I'm not a professional at all.

Social anxiety disorder, GAD, OCD, and panic attacks
