[QUOTE=Nike007;5043412]Hello. I wouldn't say that is a panic attack. These are symptoms of a panic attack. You have to have 4 of these symptoms for it to be considered a panic attack:

-Shortness of breath or hyperventilation
-Heart palpitations or a racing heart
-Chest pain or discomfort
-Trembling or shaking
-Choking feeling
-Feeling unreal or detached from your surroundings
-Sweating
-Nausea or upset stomach
-Feeling dizzy, light-headed, or faint
-Numbness or tingling sensations
-Hot or cold flashes
-Fear of dying, losing control, or going crazy

I do get quite of the symptoms you have listed but they are part of other problems and are in different parts of the day. So if I'm having a psychotic episode I would start hyperventilating, racing heart, sometimes I shake to the point of where it's seizure-like, I've had instances when I would feel like dying, of course feeling unreal or detached happens almost everytime with me, I would sweat a lot, I would feel light-headed (but that feeling might not be real) and I would switch between hot and cold flashes. Usually after that I would get a depressive episode in which there is a lot of numbness and trembling also the fear of losing control or/and going crazy.
Of course there are more things that happen during those episodes but those are just the things that you have listed. I don't know if they still count like panic attacks but I've just "adopted" them into being a part of the episodes. Thanks for the help though!
