I wake up feeling tense too... arms, legs, head, neck, face and shoulders... they alternate on which one will act up. I have what feels like a million other symptoms too, but the ones that are there the moment I wake up cause me even more anxiety because I am 26 I shouldn't wake up sore yet. I guess I don't even get a break from stress and anxiety while I'm sleeping.
