I have had nightmares every night for about a year now. I don't drink alcohol, nor do I have a late night snack, so I know it's not that. Every time I have had a nightmare I'm always angry and sad the next day, which causes me to have another nightmare, and so on. It is like that almost every day now. So my question is: Can nightmares and stress cause depression? And what can I do to stop my nightmares?
