Coincidentally, today, May 1st, is the day I start my new health regimen. My plan is to start by walking for 45 minutes, which would be about three miles, and then to do about 15 minutes of yoga. I'll gradually increase both activities over time. I must also be a more healthy eater, as I am ten pounds overweight and my gut is in pitiful condition. Eventually I would like to add some meditation, but that is for later.
