You are absolutely right. In this case, the guy the OP is talking about is a health worker who has acted inappropriately if he encouraged her at all, and probably by reading her diary. The whole relationship dynamic is a bad idea. You should keep people involved in your mental health recovery on a strictly professional level- and so should they for sure! I think you should tell the doctor about this whole scenario with the guy who read your diary. I don't want to see you toyed with and taken advantage of by someone who is supposed to be healing you.
