In transition of trying different meds now.

Seroquel 100mg at night
Adderall 10mg then 5mg at lunch.

Been adding in new drugs like vrylar and latuda but came off quickly because of side effects.

Im frustrated and unhappy. The symptoms are still bad, but the seroquel gets the paranoia away and keeps regular sleep. Other than that, each day is an adventure.
