Hi sophiesmom,
Sometimes there's just no avoiding it, whatever you do, whatever you try........no matter how fast you run

But sometimes what you do "when you get there", can make a little difference........and it really
is great that you're sharing it with us.
Maybe we can offer you a little "comfort"..........or
at least try to be here with you in this, try to help you feel less alone

And
any little things you can do........some "time out", talking about things, distractions, reminding yourself of that strength within/that you
will get there..........
whatever might help.
But remember you
have got through these feelings before/you
have made it to "the other side"..........it does/
can pass.
