I'm sorry everyone. I was in a panic when I made that post, not to say I wouldn't have done something if the opportunity had arisen...

But that's the way it comes over me. It's an overwhelming feeling that I won't be able to get through it.

Well, you all know how it is, so I don't have to tell you.

I took an ambien and went to bed and today I'm trying to keep busy to keep the demons at bay...Things are still okay, but I'm able to rationalize today rather than let my emotions be in control.

I just wish I was living, rather than merely existing but at least I have a wish.
