I'm with Raynaadi. The moan and whine routine helps sometimes.
Pills! As pdoc told me...."for anyone else this is speed, for you it's your get out of bed pill"
I started walking every morning (after the pill) and it seemed to give me a little energy. But if you don't catch me before 11 am forget. I'm done for the day.
