You know what else police don't like to respond to, barking dogs. We have a neighbor who leaves his dog outside all the time, clearly the dog is starved for attention but he barks non stop all day. Sometimes it will stop for a few days as the police will warn him. I'm tempted to go steal the dog and see how long before he notices his dog is at my house. Of course the police would take that seriously
