I have never really told my parents about my atheism, but it has gradually become apparent over the years because I refuse to play along. I was pushed today and I said more than I should have, but then again, my mother should know better than to push me when I'm already upset. I don't push my beliefs (or lack thereof) on them, is it really too much to ask the same in return?
Incidentally, my mother called me to talk, not the other way around.
