It sounds tho like it is more than OCD. Perhaps that is in fact the source and her secondary problems are her way of coping with it. It is not for us to make a diagnosis though.

You need to take care of yourself though and come up with a strategy of how to react. If you see your own therapist perhaps you and they can set up an 'if-then' coping mechanism. If not, talk to your own doctor. The situation for you is unsafe. Is there a mobile crisis or support number you can call?
