Hello Blair321: The Skeezyks really can't speak to what might be causing your insomnia. Any chance you could be seen at a sleep clinic where they assess such things? I frequently find myself unable to sleep too. When I can't, I get up & do walking meditation. I walk slowly throughout the dark, quiet house, around-&-around typically for an hour or two.
