Hello. I'm not diagnosed with panic disorder, though I believe I should be and am going to ask my pdoc about it. Anyways, I have suffered from unexpected panic attacks for at least a year. I get them once to twice a month, but I am afraid of getting another one. I think about it frequently. I'm afraid of getting another one, but I don't avoid places where I get panic attacks. I mainly wonder how to stop thinking about when I'm going to have another one. It's an issue for me to think of things often. Panic attacks are scary, but maybe I shouldn't think this thought? Sorry, I don't know what else to say. Thanks for any responses
